Cancellation of your order
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from when the goods are delivered to cancel your order and return for a full refund, including any delivery charges you have paid. You may notify us of your intent to cancel by email or in writing to our registered business address, providing your name, order number and contact details. Note that these cancellation rights do not apply to any perishable items, such as baked goods, or items made to order.
You have 14 days to return the goods from the date you notify us that you wish to cancel. All goods must be returned in their original, saleable condition without damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or make reasonable charges for any damaged or missing items. You are responsible for any costs involved in returning the goods to us.
Refunds on cancelled orders
Any refunds issued for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back in a satisfactory condition to our premises.
Our service area
You must provide us with a valid full address and postcode. At present we only deliver to certain postcodes within Calderdale and some of the surrounding areas. If your postcode does not fall into this area, you will not be able to place a delivery order with us and must instead choose a Click & Collect option.
Errors and omissions
In the unlikely event of a website error, or if we are unable to procure stock for an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund to the original payment method, or offer you a suitable alternative at our discretion.
Delivery & Collection Slots
It is important to keep to your agreed delivery or collection slot, as the vast majority of our products are freshly baked to order. Any re-attempted delivery may incur a delivery charge, subject to our discretion, or you may be required to collect from our cafe during our opening hours. No-show collections are kept for a minimum of 2 days, after which point the order will be disposed of without refund.
